US National Parks

Spread the love

I’ve always loved the National Parks, and they have been a focal point of many of my travels. Some of my earliest travel memories were traveling to places like Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park with my family. (Yeah, that’s me, the bratty pre-teen making faces)

The National Park system includes 407 areas covering more than 84 million acres in every state, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. These areas include national parks, monuments, battlefields, military parks, historical parks, historic sites, lakeshores, seashores, recreation areas, scenic rivers and trails, and the White House.

There are 58 National Parks. I’ve been to 37 and counting. Click here for some of my favorite National Park photos!
